7

THE MOUTH, NOVEMBER 11TH, 2016 –– Nielsen Audio informed its clients yesterday that as a result of a move to a new audio data collection site last weekend, they discovered that 8% of installed PPM devices across 48 markets had lost connectivity and became inactive during week one of the December survey. A Nielsen spox explained the connectivity issue began in week one (11/3-11/9) of the December PPM monthly survey.

"Our Panel Relations Specialists have already been in contact with these homes and all affected panelists have now been sent new PPMs," they added. "As of (yesterday), 49% of the replacement meters are back online. We expect the balance to come online in the next several days. We forecast the percentage of installed and fully operational meters eligible for in tab will be 97% for the month of December and 92% for week one of December across the aggregate of markets. Weighting will adjust for demographic and geographic imbalances.

Major U.S. Radio Networks Join Forces To Determine Best Replacement For Its Satellite

7

THE MOUTH, NOVEMBER 11TH, 2016 –– Major U.S. radio networks, including Learfield, Orbital Media Networks (OMNi), Premiere Networks, Skyview Networks and Westwood One, have joined efforts to proactively determine the best replacement for its satellite, AMC-8 at 139 degrees West Longitude has exceeded its design life and is not being replaced by an equivalent C-band satellite at the same location. The new main satellite for U.S. commercial radio networks will be AMC-18 at 105 degrees West Longitude, which will soon be replaced at the 105 position by the new SES-11. SES-1 at 101 degrees West Longitude will serve as the backup. There will be an overlap period of several months during which the radio networks will provide service on both AMC-8 and AMC-18 / SES-11.

All radio stations currently receiving programming from AMC-8 will have until June 30, 2017 to re-point their downlink antennas (dishes). At that time, AMC-8 will no longer serve as the radio network “neighborhood,” and there will not be a suitable replacement satellite at the 139 degree position. Stations can repoint their satellite downlinks as early as February 2017. MORE INFO: Since AMC-18 / SES-11 are higher up in the sky, roughly due south of Denver, they are less likely to be blocked by buildings or trees to the southwest. There are also fewer miles of precipitation to look through at the 105 West location, and sun transit outages in March and October will occur about 2.5 hours earlier in the day, alleviating interruption of afternoon drive programming. For more information, including satellite vendors, or technical questions about satellite settings or frequencies, please contact your network representative, or see more details at http://www.amc8migration.com

7

THE MOUTH, NOVEMBER 10TH, 2016 –– In two unprecedented moves Tuesday night, Cox Media Group Orlando’s News 96.5 WDBO called Trump’s Florida victory minutes before the Associated Press. “Our in-house statistician watched returns county-by-7county from the State of Florida, rather than relying on other national media outlets, which led to my decision to call Florida a victory for Trump,” says Drew Anderssen (top left), Director of Programming News 96.5 WDBO. By midnight, more than two hours before the Associated Press or any other national news outlet, News 96.5 WDBO projected Donald J. Trump to be the 45th President of the 7United States on air, on their social and digital media platforms, and on local outdoor billboards throughout the hotly contested “I-4 Corridor” in the battleground state. “We were looking at all scenarios and talking with Cox Media Group’s Washington D.C. Bureau’s Jaime Dupree (bottom left). Along with our News 96.5 WDBO in-house team, it was a clear to us that it was statistically not possible for Hillary to win,” he added. “I trusted my team and stood by their experience when we went on the air at midnight projecting Trump the winner.”

News 96.5 WDBO’s coverage culminated this yesterday morning with a live and unexpected interview with President Elect Donald J. Trump on Orlando’s Morning News with Joe Kelley, one of the only interviews given by Trump today.

“We wrote his number down from the caller ID during yesterday’s interview,” says Kelley. "We called the number thinking ‘there’s no way he’ll answer,’ but he did.” President Donald J. Trump, live on Orlando’s Morning News with Joe Kelley on News 96.5 WDBO, “You did a great job and I appreciate it. You must have done good as we did well in Florida. We did a lot of work yesterday and one of them was calling you when we needed some help in Florida! You’re a great guy, with a great Show!”
