Judge Rules Casey Kasem's Wife Can Choose His Burial Site

7

Kasem's Body Remains Unburied Or Embalmed Five Months After His Death

THE MOUTH, NOVEMBER 21ST, 2014 –– Five months after radio legend Casey Kasem died, a Los Angeles judge has denied a request from his oldest children that their father’s remains be returned from Norway so they can bury him in a Hollywood cemetery. According to NBC, A judge ruled Thursday that Kasem’s widow, Jean, has authority over the remains. As Kasem's body still lies in a mortuary unburied, the children continue to ask that Norway deny Jean’s wish to bury his body in Oslo. Jean asked the Norwegian government on Aug. 7 to allow the burial, claiming that she would be moving to Norway soon. She also said in a letter that her husband "always said that Norway symbolizes peace and looks like heaven and I would like to respectfully fulfill his wishes." His eldest children from his first marriage maintain he always wanted to be buried in Los Angeles. Government officials told NBC News that they have decided to defer the decision until the Santa Monica police investigation of Jean Kasem on elder abuse allegations is completed. Those allegations stem from Jean Kasem’s removal of her husband from a healthcare facility in May. Casey Kasem died on June 15 after battling Lewy Body dementia. Jean Kasem first moved his remains to Montreal, Canada. Norwegian officials said in court papers that Kasem's body has not been embalmed as the legal battle has dragged on. [LISTEN] Two More Cosby Accusers Ring Up John & Ken And Rich Stevens Show

THE MOUTH, NOVEMBER 21ST, 2014 –– Add two more women to the growing list of those coming forward with accusations against Bill Cosby. Carla Ferrigno (L), wife and manager of actor Lou Ferrigno, called into KFI's John And Ken show claiming that in 1967 after her and a friend watched a movie with Cosby and his wife, her date and 7Cosby's wife disappeared and she was left alone playing pool with Cosby. She then claims "he grabbed me, pulled me to him and kisses me on the mouth like really, really rough," Carla said. "I was a tough girl. I just took my hands and pushed him away and said, 'What are you doing? ... And he came at me again and I just pushed and jumped and ran and I got out of his way and ran out in the hall and this guy was coming out of one of the rooms and I said I want to go home.... I never said anything to anybody in all these years." LISTEN TO JOHN AND KEN INTERVIEW HERE - Meanwhile, back on the opposite coast, Therese Serignese (upper right) called into WFTL/Miami's Rich Steven's Show. As it turns out, she's a registered nurse who lives in Boca Raton. She told Stevens it all started in Las Vegas in 1976 when she met Bill Cosby. "He asked me, 'would you like to come see my show?' Of course I would." said Serignese. Hours later it was just her and Cosby and that's when she says he offered her some pills. "I took them, didn't know what they were My next memory is feeling drugged and him having (s)ex with me." She says she did not report the incident to police because that wasn't done in those days, and ended up staying with Cosby in his penthouse for weeks, and ultimately got paid by the comedian for going to school. Serignese was Jane Doe Number 10 in a civil suit against the comedian. She had agreed to testify on behalf of Andrea Constand, a Pennsylvania woman who alleged that she was (s)exually assaulted by Cosby and settled out of court. LISTEN TO STEVENS INTERVIEW HERE

We just found out on Twitter a half hour ago that the station is being taken off the air. We were not told about this ahead of time." According to bbc.com, Ched Evans was jailed in April 2012 for raping a 19-year-old woman in a hotel room and released last month. Some 72-hours later, Conrad then apologized on his show saying, ‘‘Some of my comments in one section of the discussion were ill-judged and were offensive to some. I apologise to anybody who was offended by what I said.’
