Slain 'Voice' Contestant Christina Grimmie's Funeral To Be Paid By Her Coach Adam Levine

THE MOUTH, JUNE 14TH, 2016 –– Adam Levine has offered to pay for Christina Grimmie’s funeral, according to the late singer’s brother reports Gossip Cop. Grimmie was gunned down by a man named Kevin James Loibl as she signed autographs following an Orlando concert on Friday. Her brother, Marcus, tackled Loibl, who then turned the gun on himself. Her brother is deeply touched by the outpouring of support in the wake of her murder and revealed on Facebook late Sunday that some of that is coming directly from Levine, who coached Grimmie on “The Voice.”

Marcus wrote, “I found out this morning, that Adam Levine personally called my mother and said he will pay for the funeral and her plane flight, and I was blown away.” Marcus also referenced the GoFundMe account set up by Grimmie’s manager, Brian Teefey, who happens to be Selena Gomez’s stepdad. He noted the funds, which have topped $100,000 in just two days, were intended to “help our family move out of our current house and to take care of the funeral.” Now Levine will apparently be pitching in as well. The Maroon 5 frontman led Grimmie to a third-place finish on season 6 of “The Voice” in 2014. In a statement following Grimmie's death, Levine said he was “devastated and heartbroken” PHOTO/iHeartRadio Theater August 26, 2014 in Burbank, California - Kevin Winter/Getty Images North America

WDBO'S immediately posted the #PRAY FOR ORLANDO BANNER at its website "It was 2 a.m., closing time at Pulse reported The Washington Post, the dance floor remained crowded, with hundreds of men and women packed into one of Orlando’s most popular gay nightclubs. This was “Latin Night.” The club’s DJ, Ray Rivera, 7suddenly heard a sound, a pop-pop-pop and at first thought it was Firecrackers? (hear his interview below). He took cover behind the DJ booth. Several patrons joined him, everyone staying low. When there was a pause in the shooting — maybe the killer was reloading — Rivera said, “Come on, let’s go!,” and he and the others fled through a rear exit. A man with a long gun, an AR-15-style semi-automatic rifle, was shooting people. It was Omar Mateen (L), age 29, an American who had purchased the rifle and a handgun in the past week and pledged allegiance to ISIS. He was later killed by police. WATCH JOE KELLY VIDEO HERE

"It 7scared us," Valentino told ABC News by phone "I'm afraid to go outside, because who knows what's going to happen?" I can't believe right now. Why is this world so cruel. WTMX Chicago's Eric Ferguson Escapes Boat Explosion With Nasty Bruises And Stitches

THE MOUTH, JUNE 13TH, 2016 –– WTMX Chicago morning host Eric Ferguson escaped serious injury Saturday when the WaveRunner personal water craft he was riding on a Wisconsin lake exploded, sending him 15 feet into the air reports Robert Feder. Calling it a miracle he survived, Ferguson said he expects to be on the air Monday hosting his morning show on Hubbard's WTMX FM 101.9. Co-host, Kathy Hart tells Jockline, however, in spite of Eric's hope to be back on the air, "He's out of it today. I certainly admire his work ethic but he should be home resting!"

Ferguson told Feder, the accident happened on Powers Lake in Wisconsin, just southeast of Lake Geneva, where he owns a vacation home. He described the scene as “a complete inferno” when the WaveRunner exploded. “[It] launched me 15 feet in the air, and I landed about 20 yards from the machine,” he said. “I was scooped out of the water by a passing WaveRunner [and] ended up in the hospital all day Saturday. They thought they’d need a trauma team, but amazingly, I walked in with some nasty bruises and needed a few stitches. I had the battery of CAT scans, MRI’s and X-rays. All were negative. They anticipated some facial reconstruction, but I got the all clear.”
