Things Turn Weird In Bruce Willis Interview [VIDEO]

I can hardly keep my mind on this interview - Willis

THE MOUTH, JULY 25TH, 2013 –– Ever had one of those in-studio interviews with a big time celebrity where at some point you just wanted to grab the microphone and bang them over the head? Well, for Britain's Magic 105.4 host Jamie Edwards, perhaps the fact it was movie tough-guy, Bruce Willis, caused him to Mkeep his cool. After trying to engage the star in conversation about his new film 'Red 2," things became awkward when Willis, joined there by co-star Mary-Louise Parker, moves around on his to chair, gives a strange look to Edwards and asked: "Has anyone ever told you that what I do (in this type of interview) isn't acting." Pointing to Edwards he say "You may be, but we're doing here is just selling the film." Edwards then follows with "So how would you sell me on the film," asked Edwards. "I wouldn't ... I'd slash my hooves" Willis says. Attempting to change subjects, Edwards brought up driving: "I'm thinking about driving right now. I can hardly keep my mind on this interview. I'm thinking about driving up the M1. You have some great questions here Jamie. Great chat." said a clearly unhappy Willis. WATCH VIDEO AND CRINGE

Veteran Record Executive Pens Elvis Book Wondering 'What If' The King Had Lived

THE MOUTH, JULY 24TH, 2013 –– As the 36th Anniversary of Elvis’s Death draws near and numerous stations plan their annual tribute, perhaps here's a book you should check out. A New Fictional Biography Depicts ‘What If’ The King Lived Beyond August 16th, 1977. Written by 20-year veteran recording industry executive and self-confessed Elvis admirer, Bruce Portmann, ‘Elvis Presley My Second Chance’ weaves fact with fiction to tell an alternative story of Presley’s life if he hadn’t died on that fateful day. Written in a unique fictional biography style, this compelling novel is poised to resonate with readers around the world. According to Portmann, on August 16th, 1977, the world changed forever for many. With the sudden news of Elvis Presley’s death shocking the world and prompting a statement from President Jimmy Carter declaring the now late Presley had “permanently changed the face of American popular culture”, the date is charred in history as the day the music really died. However, Portman now ponders what may have happened had he lived on. The concept is fiction, incorporating a bit of history and romance into a story that stretches the bounds of reality. Instead of a fatal heart attack that day, Elvis is felled by a stroke. He survives this life altering event, which becomes the catalyst for physical, mental and spiritual changes. But there are highs and lows along the way. Read how it might have unfolded as Elvis finds himself, love and an expanded career.
